About Me

Hello, my name is Nancy and I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor (#23023) with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellor (BCACC). Welcome here! I am so glad you stopped by to check out Anchored in Hope Therapy! 

First off, I want to thank you for taking the courage to step out in this healing journey. I know, from my own experience, how overwhelming and hard it can be to take this step. So thank you for even considering me as part of your journey, I do not take it lightly.

I have my master's in counselling psychology and I have been working in this field for over 20 years. My undergrad is in Child and Youth Care Counselling and I have experience pastoring, working on a crisis counselling line for kids and young adults, and working as a therapist for a Christian residential counselling home for women. I find it a joy and honor to walk through this journey with you. 

As someone who has survived complex trauma and has gone through a lot of my own therapy, I know what it is like to sit on the other side. My hope is that together we can work through any trauma you have been through and receive the healing and freedom you desire.
